Welcome to the Moose River Valley Center !!  Our doors opened in January of 2004.  We are a community dedicated to providing a diverse program of social, educational, and physical fitness programs for today’s active senior, 55 years of age and better, in Jackman/Moose River and the surrounding area. The Moose River Valley Center schedules weekly groups such as quilting, knitting & Crochet and painting for the artistic crowd.  We also have designated days for Texas Hold ‘em, Dominoes and Bingo for those interested in games.  For the technology savvy and novices alike, computers are available for use or to learn on, our broadband access makes it super fast and simple to get around on the web. If learning a new craft or game is on your list of things to do, come on in and give it a try. Our 'On-The-Road' program offers trips to many exciting and interesting locations in Maine and Quebec , including the annual garden show in Bangor , shopping in St. Georges, or Bingo in Greenville .
